WHAT SIZE DOG IS THIS FOOD MEANT FOR?
While most pet parents will find NAAVI ideal for small dogs due to our packaging size and pricing, NAAVI Slow Roasted bowls were crafted to offer flexible feeding options for dogs of all sizes. Dogs of any size can enjoy NAAVI as a full meal, mixer, topper or treat. This food is meant for adult dogs only.
WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF THE SLOW ROASTING PROCESS?
Slow roasting our meats in smokers at 180-200 degrees for 10-14 hours allows us to keep our protein pieces tender, moist and full of nutrients and an irresistible smoky aroma. Compared to baked, air dried and dehydrated cooking methods, slow roasting our protein pieces results in minimal loss of the natural moisture, texture and aroma. This results in a bowl with superior palatability that dogs are guaranteed to love.

HOW MUCH WATER SHOULD I ADD TO MY FOOD?
We recommend a ratio of 1:1 or 2:1 (Food:Liquid) when hydrating your dog’s bowl. We recommend adding warm liquid to enhance aroma and palatability. Microwaving food will result in loss of nutrients.
WHAT MAKES YOUR PROBIOTICS UNIQUE?
Like soil-based probiotics (such as Ganeden BC-30), our Native probiotics are protected until they reach the gut. Both Soil-Based and our Native probiotics are superior to foods that apply probiotics at the wrong stage in the production cycle or those that simply do not survive long enough to reach the gut. NAAVI uses 4 different strands of probiotics in our probiotic power crisps. That’s four times as many unique probiotic strains that are each creating “postbiotics” to produce immunity and gut benefits.
Finally, we use a combination of vegetable fibers (chicory root & sorghum) and resistant starch (peas) to give those probiotic strains plenty of food to keep them working as efficiently as possible.
