Thank you for purchasing Naavi! We’re dedicated to getting your pet’s food delivered to you quickly.
Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Most customers receive their orders within 3-5 business days of placing their order.
Order Modifications
Due to our quick order processing times, we can not guarantee any changes or cancellations to orders once they are placed.
Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on orders over $24 (before tax and after any discount). Orders under $24 are subject to a $9.99 shipping fee. We reserve the right to modify the free shipping threshold or shipping fee without notice at any time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package through the carrier’s website.
Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please reach out to us at info@naavipet.com. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside the continental U.S.
Subscription Orders
For customers who have signed up for a subscription, your recurring orders will be shipped according to the schedule selected. You can update your shipping address or subscription preferences in your account settings.
