Refund policy

Naavi offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on first-time orders.  If something doesn’t work for your dog, connect with the Naavi team at info@naavipet.com within 30-days of your purchase.  We will make it right and ensure you and your pup are happy.

To start a return, please email info@naavipet.com and include your order number or date of purchase and email used for purchase along with the reason for the return.

Subscription Orders

We send an email 72 hours before your renewal order processes to keep you informed that your order will soon be shipped. 

If edits are needed for your subscription, you must make the changes at least 24 hours before the order processes.  After your order has processed, we cannot guarantee that we can cancel or refund your order.

If your subscription needs to be cancelled, you must cancel it or reach out to info@naavipet.com prior to your order processing.  We are unable to refund any orders that are not cancelled within this 72-hour window.

Management of subscription is the customer’s full responsibility. 

 

Our obligation to provide a refund or replacement product shall be your only remedy and Naavi’s only liability if any goods do not conform.
